Attorney Profiles

Mr. Paredes practices in the area of Government Entity Defense Law.  He has also worked for the County of Webb for sixteen (16) years.  At Webb County and at the Firm, Mr. Paredes has gained extensive knowledge on drafting and negotiating all types of contracts, including finance-related agreements.  He also is very well acquainted in attending government body meetings, having done so at Webb County and with the Firm's clients.  He has reviewed and revised investment policies for the Firm's clients and can also support the Firm's bond section in preparing bond-related orders and working on public finance matters.
